The insurance practice group at BB&K provides a full range of services in the area of insurance claims, policy analysis, and litigation arising out of the assertion of insured clients' rights to the benefits of insurance policies of all types.

• Analyzing a client's insurance policies to determine if the insurer has a duty to pay for a client's defense in litigation and/or indemnify the insured with respect to any adverse judgments or damage awards arising out of a claim or lawsuit;
