BB&K attorneys will quickly engage consultants and try to address regulators' concerns early in their investigations to head off litigation before positions become fixed. Similarly, we will represent private developers and landowners in real property litigation over toxic contamination, always looking for other responsible parties and insurance coverage. Finally, in large, multi-party litigation for Superfund cleanup and natural resource damages claims, we strive to obtain other clients to share costs, seek to join groups of similarly situated parties that divide work, or recommend our clients use other counsel representing more parties to save costs.
