Partner Paula de Sousa Mills Appointed New General Counsel of Fallbrook Public Utility District

The Fallbrook & Bonsall Village News reported on the Fallbrook Public Utility District’s selection of Best Best & Krieger LLP Partner Paula de Sousa Mills as general counsel. The FPUD Board voted to approve an agreement with BB&K on Sept. 26 following a proposal process.

“The Fallbrook Public Utility District has had a long and very positive relationship with BB&K over the years as special counsel on various issues,” FPUD General Manager Brian Brady told the newspaper.
