Best Best & Krieger LLP Partner Jim Gilpin will speak on "Eminent Domain Case Law and Statutory Updates" at the San Diego County Bar Association’s Eminent Domain Law Section lunch program. The program will also be webcast live.

Jim will discuss eminent domain in the appellate arena and updates to the eminent domain case law and statutory changes. In addition, he will provide an overview of eminent domain appellate practice and process and a review of appellate decisions over the last two years.
