RIVERSIDE, Calif. – Best Best & Krieger LLP is proud to announce that it was ranked No. 5 on the National Law Journal’s Women in Law Scorecard. The ranking is based on the number of female attorneys, with extra weight given to the number of female partners, among the nation’s 350 largest law firms. Women account for 41 percent of BB&K’s lawyers — and is one of only 22 responding law firms that surpassed 40 percent.

“BB&K cares about the success of all its attorneys, which is reflected in the way we recruit, support and promote within the firm,” said Partner Danielle Sakai, who oversees recruiting. “We believe it’s important to create a diverse and inclusive work environment that promotes innovation, values differences and provides BB&K with a competitive advantage.”

In May, BB&K was recognized by Law360 for its commitment to diversity, ranking No. 35 on the national publication’s annual list of Top 100 Firms for Minority Attorneys and No. 12 on its Top 50 Firms for Minority Equity Partners list.
