National Water Law Forum

BB&K Managing Partner Eric Garner will moderate a panel discussion titled "Groundwater: Legislation in California and Elsewhere; Overdraft; State and Local Management; Legal Treatment of Connection to Surface Water" during the National Water Law Forum. The forum, comprised of 40 water law experts from around the country, will focus on national water supply issues, shortages, and legal implications. The meeting will be closed to the public and press to encourage open discussion and innovative thought.
