JUNE 6, 2016

Best Best and Krieger LLP Of Counsel Roderick Walston and Program Co-Chair Deborah Wordham are among the presenters at this two-day seminar titled “Sustainable Groundwater in California.” California's Sustainable Groundwater Management Act is in full swing. For the first time in the state's history, SGMA requires local agencies to develop and implement plans to achieve sustainable groundwater management for basins designated as medium or high priority by the California Department of Water Resources. This seminar brings together industry experts, leading attorneys and agency officials for a two-day conference regarding the mechanics and implications of SGMA.
