Best Best & Krieger LLP Partner Jack Clarke is giving a presentation during the Association of California School Administrators' Special Education Academy. Jack will provide school district administrators a look at the legal aspects of behavior intervention in public school and the legal implications of school disciplines, including disciplinary issues concerning students who present with disabilities.
