Best Best & Krieger Partner Seth Merewitz will serve as a panelist during the Urban Land Institute Los Angeles’s StimULI Breakfast. The panel will address the Community Revitalization and Investment Authority Law (Assembly Bill 2) and how this legislation, and other tools such as Enhanced Infrastructure Finance Districts, will assist economic development, public-private partnerships and affordable housing in the years to come.
