BB&K partner Mark Easter will emcee the International Right of Way's day-long event "2015 Education Seminar - Water Supply and Impacts."  During the event, Partner Shawn Hagerty will present, "Highest & Best Use Analysis and Storm Water Run-Off Infrastructure Requirements." Shawn's presentation will provide attendees with an overview of the design requirements of new storm water permits, the impacts that these design requirements have on land development and the implications for land values and the real property appraisal process.
