BB&K Attorney Chris Diaz Unanimously Selected by City Council

Best Best & Krieger LLP attorney Christopher Diaz will be the next city attorney for the City of Milpitas, Calif. The firm and Chris were selected through an RFP process. He will be joined by a team of BB&K attorneys in serving the City.

"We're ready to roll up our sleeves and get to work," Chris told the Milpitas Post.

Councilwoman Debbie Indihar Giordano told the newspaper she is pleased with BB&K’s selection and that the firm will save taxpayers money. “I like the answers they gave in the interview and I like the way that they’re going to work and integrate with staff, they ended up being the most cost effective,” Giordano said.
