BB&K In The News

A team of BB&K attorneys, working pro bono, garnered headlines this week for case of first impression.

Best Best & Krieger LLP filed a petition to the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of two cities and 10 water agencies, asking the high court to sort out the intersection of the nation’s endangered species and environmental policy laws. The long-running case stems from the designation of the so-called “critical habitat” for the threatened Santa Ana sucker fish.
