Program Co-Chair and Best Best and Krieger LLP Partner Paeter Garcia and firm Managing Partner Eric Garner are among the presenters at this two-day seminar titled “Groundwater Regulation in California.”  California's new Sustainable Groundwater Management Act is perhaps the most significant water law to be passed in the last 100 years. For the first time, California will implement broad-reaching regulations over groundwater that will be phased in over the next several years. This seminar will bring together industry experts, leading attorneys and agency officials to discuss the mechanics and implications of the new Act.
