New EPA Definition of Waters of the U.S.

Seminars and Webinars

10:30 - 11:30 a.m. PT | Webinar

AUGUST 26, 2015

In this webinar by Best Best & Krieger LLP, attendees have the opportunity to hear about the impacts of the EPA's revised definition of the term "Waters of the United States." The term defines which waters are subject to permitting and and TMDLs under the federal Clean Water Act. The final definition was issued in May. The revised definition will extend jurisdiction to some new waters, and explicitly exempt others.

In this complimentary one-hour webinar, we will discuss the operational and new project impacts of the final rule, and more, plus answer your questions.
