BB&K Partner Kara Ueda was among the presenters at the League of California Cities’ New Law & Elections Seminar, which was held Dec. 3-5, 2014. She provided an overview of the initiative process, including the roles of city clerks, city attorneys, city councils and initiative proponents, as well as considerations for potential and actual litigation.
