Joseph Van Eaton Recognized for Communications Law

Joseph Van Eaton, a Best Best & Krieger partner in the firm’s Washington D.C. office, was named to the 2014 Washington D.C. Super Lawyers list, published on April 25, 2014. He represents government agencies in a broad range of communications issues in federal and state courts, before government agencies and at the negotiating table. His work on behalf of local governments has helped communities develop and implement their wireless and wireline communications ordinances, develop their own communications networks and regulate placement of wireless facilities.
