Bruce Beach, James Gilpin and Robert Hanna Recognized as Top Attorneys

Three Best Best & Krieger partners were named 2013 San Diego Super Lawyers in a publication that lists the top five percent of attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and personal achievement. The honored attorneys are Bruce W. Beach and James B. Gilpin for eminent domain law, and Robert J. Hanna for real estate law.

Beach focuses his practice on eminent domain and property litigation. He has worked on projects for road rights-of-way, pipelines, light rail transit corridors, reservoir sites, as well as redevelopment and flood control projects. Beach is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, an honor reserved for attorneys who have served as lead counsel in at least 20 cases tried to a jury verdict and who demonstrate integrity and professional achievement.

Gilpin practices in civil litigation with an emphasis on real property litigation including eminent domain, construction and other public works litigation. He has represented clients in all phases of litigation including writ proceedings, jury and court trials, and appeals.

Hanna’s practice emphasizes real property, title insurance, business and commercial litigation. He was named by the San Diego Daily Transcript as one of San Diego County’s top attorneys in 2012.
