TV Host Asks Dunn about Day of Arguments Before Court; Impact of Ruling

Charter California Edition host Brad Pomerance interviews Best Best & Krieger attorney Jeffrey Dunn, Riverside County District Attorney Paul Zellerbach and Riverside City Councilwoman Nancy Hart about medical marijuana. The California Supreme Court recently ruled in favor of the city of Riverside, saying that state law does not preempt local governments from banning medical marijuana dispensaries. Dunn argued the case on behalf of Riverside before the state’s high court on Feb. 5, 2013. Dunn taped his interview with Pomerance on May 23, 2013.
