BB&K partner Mary Beth Coburn participated on a panel at the League of California Cities' Annual Conference on "Contractor Prequalification."  Coburn has been involved in dozens of prequalification efforts, including working with agencies that failed to properly complete the prequalification process.

Contractor prequalification can streamline the bidding process and provide cities with added assurance that the lowest bidder will also be a responsible bidder.  This session provided a "how to do it right" overview with an emphasis on real-life lessons learned.
