BB&K partners Jeff Ballinger and Michael Grant presented "The Perfect Storm: Avoiding the Reefs" at an Urban Land Institute-Orange County meeting. The presentation will address how to deal with real estate owned (REO) properties after banks have taken title back from their lenders. The meeting was attended by representatives from banks, real estate brokers and title companies.
