Bilal Khan is a litigation paralegal in the Municipal Law practice group of Best Best & Krieger LLP. He has more than 10 years of experience in the legal field.

Prior to joining BB&K, Bilal was a senior litigation clerk with the U.S. Department of Justice in Los Angeles. He has extensive experience drafting legal documents, conducting legal research and helping attorneys prepare for trial. He now works under the supervision of attorneys who represent various cities and special districts, including the cities of San Clemente and Stanton, and provides general paralegal support to those clients. Bilal assists with all aspects of the civil litigation process, from inception through trial.

Bilal graduated from California State University, San Bernardino’s ABA Paralegal Certificate Program. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and criminology from CSUSB. He is now pursuing his master’s degree in criminology and finalizing his dissertation on how juries function in the criminal justice system.
