Elizabeth A. Han represents employers in various employment-related claims, including discrimination, wrongful termination, FEHA, Title VII, and ADA litigation. She is an associate in the Labor and Employment Law practice group of Best Best & Krieger LLP’s Riverside office.
Elizabeth received her law degree from the University of California Hastings College of the Law. She served as an extern for the Honorable Jamoa A. Moberly of the Superior Court of Orange County. Elizabeth also competed on the Civil Rights and Liberties Law and the Asylum and Refugee Law Moot Court competitions, and was a student coach for the Products Liability Law and the Criminal Procedure Moot Court competitions. She served on the Moot Court Board and was a teaching assistant for Appellate Advocacy. She was named Student of the Year for Moot Court in 2010.
Elizabeth received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude and phi beta kappa, from the University of California at Los Angeles and served as a JusticeCorps volunteer with the Small Claims Court Advisory Program.
