Jill Tremblay’s practice focuses on estate planning, including the preparation and administration of revocable and irrevocable trusts, probate, trust administration, and trust and estate litigation. She also advises municipal and special district clients on a variety of issues, including land use law, code enforcement, First Amendment concerns, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Public Records Act and Brown Act compliance. She is an associate in the Business Services and Municipal Law practice groups in Best Best & Krieger’s Indian Wells office.
Jill graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in May 2008. While in law school, she was editor-in-chief of the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judges. She obtained a B.S. with high honors in Conservation and Resource Studies from the University of California, Berkeley in 2004.
