Mrunal Mehta Shah serves as bond, special and disclosure counsel for a variety transactions representing both public agencies and developers. She has more than 10 years of experience with public finance transactions including Mello-Roos Community Facilities District bonds, Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) bonds, assessment district bonds, Marks-Roos Joint Financing Authority revenue bonds, certificates of participation, revenue bonds, general obligation bonds, tax allocation bonds and equipment lease purchase agreements. Mrunal is of counsel in the Public Finance practice group of Best Best & Krieger LLP.

Mrunal speaks Gujarati and Spanish.
