Jason M. Ackerman

Jason Ackerman is a partner in the Environmental and Natural Resources Law practice group of Best Best & Krieger LLP. He regularly represents clients before the California Public Utilities Commission on matters concerning the regulation of water and electric industries. Mr. Ackerman has particular experience in rate setting and rulemaking proceedings, and public necessity and convenience matters.

Mr. Ackerman is an active member of the California Conference of Public Utilities Counsel. He also serves as a committee member for the Coachella Valley Economic Partnership’s Desert Renewable Energy Conservation Plan sub-committee.
