Chief Information Officer Steve Fletcher manages all information technology functions at Best Best & Krieger LLP, and has more than 33 years of law firm technology experience. Before joining BB&K, he served as chief information officer for a 220-attorney firm based in North Carolina. Steve has served in executive positions with Informatics Legal Systems and Financial Software, Inc. and has extensive strategic IT consulting expertise with medium to large law firms.

Steve is a frequent speaker at national law firm technology conferences and has authored dozens of articles on legal technology and efficiency for various American Lawyer Media publications. He was the recipient of the Law Technology News “IT Director of the Year” Award in 2009, and a finalist in the International Legal Technology Association’s 2009 SharePoint Innovator of the Year Award.
